Payment information is processed securely by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. Hello to Cheers never stores raw credit card numbers.

If you decide Hello to Cheers is no longer the right fit, you should be able to export your information without unnecessary obstacles.
Where product export tools are available, you shouldn't need to contact support simply to retrieve your own information.
Backups
We maintain backups designed to help protect your workspace against unexpected failures.
Backups are part of our commitment to reliability.
They're not intended to replace your own recordkeeping requirements where those may exist.

Their workspace is designed to help them collaborate with their venue throughout the planning journey.
Hello to Cheers provides the technology.
The venue remains responsible for its services, pricing, contracts, planning decisions, and event delivery.
Vendors
Vendors also participate through invitations from venues.
Their workspace helps them collaborate, communicate, and prepare for events while remaining connected to the shared celebration.
Hello to Cheers does not employ vendors, endorse vendors, or participate in agreements between venues and vendors.
Team Members
Venue owners decide which members of their team have access to their workspace.
Permissions determine what each person can see and do.
This helps venues collaborate confidently while protecting sensitive business information.

Payment security: card payments are processed by Stripe, which maintains PCI DSS compliance for cardholder data.
Accessibility: we design Hello to Cheers with inclusive usability in mind and continue improving accessibility across the experience.
SOC 2: we are building our security and operational practices with a SOC 2 roadmap in mind. We will only claim a SOC 2 report when one has been completed—not before.
